Demolition

The City of Seattle is planning to start demolition of the site’s two existing structures by the end of May 2022. The smaller structure, closest to NE 125th Street, will be demolished first. Afterwards, a temporary bridge will be fabricated and installed over the creek to gain access to the back structure. Lastly, the City is aiming to have the back structure demolished this summer. During the demolition period, a temporary gate at the driveway will be installed to ensure public safety and protect floodplain habitat.
